This is my second year living in Magnolia and I absolutely love it. All of our utilities are included in our rent price which is super nice. I've had a great experience with the staff and community.

Magnolia Park has been the perfect place for me to live the past 3 years while in college. I really love that the rent stays the same each month with no hidden fees and there’s no cap on your utilities! I met the best roommates here and the community is so peaceful, but also has plenty of fun events! The rooms are the perfect size and the whole apartment is fully furnished so I only had to bring kitchen stuff and a couple personal furniture pieces that I wanted to personalize with!

I have lived at Magnolia Park for 3 years and I highly recommend it! The management and Maintenace has been great! It has also been great to have utilities included in my monthly rent!
