I’ve been here for 3 years now, and I absolutely love it here! From the office team to the maintenance team, everyone has made me feel welcomed and valued. I want to give a special shout out to **Will, along with the entire maintenance team at Forest Ridge!** They are absolutely amazing and always go above and beyond to get the job done. You don’t always have to ask because they’re proactive, attentive, and seem to know exactly what needs to be done. They take pride in their work, and it definitely shows! I also want to recognize the **Forest Ridge office staff** for their kindness, professionalism, and commitment to customer service. All of the staff members have welcomed me with kindness and have always made an effort to communicate with residents and make sure we are taken care of. This community has been through some things over the years, but overall, I truly appreciate the communication, support, and effort from the entire Forest Ridge team. I’m grateful for the opportunity to call Forest Ridge home, and I’m happy to share my experience with others. If you’re looking for a community with a caring and hardworking team, **Forest Ridge is definitely one you won’t want to miss! After living in this community for six years, we are leaving extremely disappointed. Throughout our entire time here, we dealt with countless issues that were never properly resolved. Communication was consistently poor, and the leasing office showed very little concern or urgency when it came to addressing residents’ problems. Instead of taking responsibility and finding lasting solutions, many issues were simply ignored. What was even more frustrating was the constant attempt to persuade us to transfer to another apartment within the same community rather than fixing the problems in the unit we were already paying for. It is disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for long-term residents. After six years, we expected much better treatment and customer service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this community to anyone looking for responsive management, honest communication, and a team that genuinely cares about its residents.
