Moving here from Chicago almost two months ago was a big step, especially since I made the move on my own. Relocating to a new state can be overwhelming, but choosing Element 41 has made the transition so much easier. From day one, I’ve had a great experience and haven’t had any major issues. Taylor was the leasing consultant who helped me throughout the process, and she was absolutely amazing. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. I truly appreciate everything she did and highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for your next home. The property manager has also been wonderful. She’s always kind, approachable, and genuinely willing to help whenever something comes up. You can tell she works hard to ensure the community is well-maintained and that residents are taken care of. The landscaping is kept up every week, and I especially appreciate that the pool is cleaned every Monday—it really shows the attention to detail. I also had my air conditioning go out one day, and after submitting a maintenance request, the issue was addressed quickly and without any hassle. Having a dedicated community manager overseeing maintenance is a huge plus and gives you confidence that concerns will be handled efficiently. I intentionally waited nearly two months before writing this review because I wanted to give an honest assessment based on my experience rather than first impressions. I’m happy to say that Element 41 has exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home.

PLEASE READ!!! Unfortunately, my experience at Element 41 was extremely disappointing. When I was apartment hunting, I was shown a renovated unit. I understood that the apartment I would actually receive wouldn’t be quite as updated, but I still expected it to be clean and well-maintained. I was very wrong. The apartment I moved into was in terrible condition. The laundry room ceiling was caved in, and the dryer vent had never been connected. It took 10 months, five phone calls, and two maintenance requests before they finally fixed it. About six months into my lease, the washing machine stopped working. It took three maintenance requests, two trips to the leasing office, and one phone call before it was repaired. The bathroom had its own issues. The exhaust fan stopped working just a couple of months after I moved in and was never fixed. The water heater was located in a small closet in the bathroom, and that area was filthy. I did my best to clean it, but it was beyond what I could address myself. There was also black mold present. When you move in, you’re given a checklist to document any existing problems with the apartment. I completed mine thoroughly, but none of the issues I reported were ever addressed. Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor communication, and failure to resolve even basic issues made this a very frustrating place to live. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Element 41. I do want to end on a positive note: JD in the front office was awesome. He was always friendly, helpful, and one of the few bright spots during my time there.

The maintenance supervisor is the most dependable guy here i have had several issues since he started working at this community!! He always has a great attitude and eager to help out!! Its to a point where i see him in the community and he makes a point to ask me if everything is ok with my apartment! I’ve never had such a great experience with this type of thing anywhere else!! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!

I had a great experience with the maintenance team. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. The issue was diagnosed quickly, and James took the time to explain what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was completed efficiently, and in good condition afterward. It’s reassuring to know there’s a reliable team handling maintenance definitely appreciate James attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Also, I can’t forget Ms. Jacque for quickly informing the maintenance team and helping coordinate the request. Their communication and responsiveness made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s reassuring to have such a reliable and attentive team in place.
