Recently moved here and gave it a little bit of time to give an honest review. My family and I are so far very please The Bellingham staff, specially our leasing agent - Millie. She has been extremely helpful , attentive and kind from the very beginning in the leasing process. The maintenance team specifically Stefanie and Raymond are very efficient and on top of all service requests which is great ! The gated community is well maintained and we love our new apartment .

Couldn’t wait to get settled in to write my review😊 My new home here at Bellingham Apts is beyond perfect! Millie is an amazing leasing manager. She made the entire process Super easy! She explained everything step-by-step as I was going over the lease. Not once did she make me feel rushed. She gave me a tour of the property . The property is clean and well maintained . I was able to meet the 2 very friendly maintenance people while I was on tour. Please forgive me if I am saying their names incorrectly But I believe their names were Ms.Stephanie and Mr.Raymond. They introduced themselves and welcomed me home. I had 4 tours set up to visit at other apt communities in the area but only made it to Bellingham as once I met the staff and saw how friendly and compassionate they felt about their property I did not need to look any further. Thank you team for making my decision so easy

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment complex is beautiful, well maintained, and feels like my forever home. The maintenance team is outstanding!!! Stephanie and Raymond works very well together to keep the property maintained. Requests are handled quickly and efficiently every time. The management team is professional, responsive and truly care about the residents. I highly recommend.

I’ve lived in several apartment communities over the years, and this one truly stands out as exceptional. From day one, the experience has been nothing short of impressive. The management team Millie and Robin is without a doubt, one of the strongest assets of this community. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Every interaction—whether it’s a question, a request, or just a friendly conversation—has been handled with efficiency and kindness. It’s rare to find a team that balances professionalism with a personal touch so well. Maintenance deserves special recognition. Requests are handled quickly—often faster than expected—and the quality of the work is consistently excellent. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and takes pride in what they do, which really shows in the condition of the property. The maintenance man Raymond goes out of his way to assist me if he sees me pull up with groceries and assists me getting them inside without hesitation. Also his co worker Stephanie is a ray of sunshine and always greets me with a big smile on her face no matter what. These two make a great team tackling and working to keep the apartments up to par at all times. The community itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Common areas are always in great shape, and there’s a clear attention to detail that gives the entire property a high-end, well-cared-for feel. Overall, this is a place where you can truly feel at home. The combination of outstanding management, top-tier maintenance, and a well-maintained environment makes this community a standout choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale living experience.

I wanted to write a review just about the positive and negative experiences we've been having if anyone is looking into renting at Bellingham. 90% is definitely positive though! Pros: - Millie is literally the best, there's not another person I would rather trust to help me with apartment problems than her. She's very responsive and genuinely cares for the residents. - Pool & splash pad is great, very nice spot for families and young people alike. - (Remodeled Buckingham) Apartment is nice with a lofted ceiling, and the kitchen looks well put together with stainless Honeywell appliances. - Maintenance has been responsive so far, we put in for a broken garbage disposal and not even 24 hours they were on it and fixed it. They also gave me the piece I needed to fix it again if it broke again. - Fiber internet is built into the building - this is nice as all you need to do is get in contact with Xfinity to start your program. - Marietta Power & Water is affordable and cheaper than going through Georgia power, not too much over $100 for utilities between 2 people. (This will fluctuate) - Competitive Pricing - Bellingham out prices many of the competitors for the amount of space you get and the quality of the space. - Close to shops & 3 minutes away from the highway. Also has a nice coffee shop across the road called Marietta Coffee - within walking distance. - Lots of families and kids running around, overall family friendly - No bugs, as well as they spray if need be. - The walls are pretty noise canceling, as well as inside the apartment I can barely hear other people in another room which is nice. - You get a storage compartment on the side of your deck, which is spacious and can a large bike as well as all of your golf and basketball equipment - Beautiful natural sunlight in many of the apartments - Lots and lots of outlets in great spaces, they don't feel awkwardly placed (small but it matters) - Walk in closets in both the master and guest bedroom - Gated community, the gates work decent once you figure them out - The gym is 24/7 and has enough equipment and is pretty nice, they just did some more renovations on it and it's perfect for a cheap gym alternative. Although there isn't a smith machine or bench press. The Cons so far We overall love our stay at the apartments, these are just a few things we found out after living here that are good to point out if you would like to move here. - Medium traffic outside of the main driveway, sometimes you'll be stuck waiting 5-10 minutes for someone turning left into busy 8am traffic. - No recycling, dumpster is kind of tucked in the back, it's not too bad if you drive your garbage over, but just a bit inconvenient. - The dishwashers are a pain in the butt - they are stainless doors but they have plastic tubs and struggle to wash the dishes and spackle with little white dots every time. We add vinegar and soap to every load to try and solve this problem but it's mainly just the opening price point models that have these problems in general. - About a quarter of the time it smells like weed from people smoking on the premises, but you can solve this issue by using a febreeze diffuser, which makes your apartment smell great anyway! - The highway is pretty loud, but you'll find this anywhere. It definitely can be a bit annoying when you're trying to sleep and you've got cops sirens and cars with no exhaust driving around outside your window. This may only because we are on the side with the highway though. There are properties that go further back. - I have seen some people say that the rooms felt blockish, to some extent this is true but you can decorate it to look as nice as you want! - The online portal is kind of clunky but it works, I could see it being a hassle if you want to break down your monthly bill. I hope this helps someone moving in, overall a great spot and every apartment has it's ups and downs. I wish someone just shared this with me before we moved in. Overall we are in love with the complex and are happy to call it home!
