Aaron got us all fixed up! We appreciate his kindness to get our appliances fixed! He got the job done and knew exactly what to do and what to fix.

I called in a maintenance order and Aaron showed up with a smile on his face. He looked at other things in my apartment separate from my initial maintenance order and made sure that I was taken care of. It’s clear that he knows what he’s doing and loves what he does. 10/10!

It’s a beautiful apartment and quiet neighborhood but the sewage system here is dreadful which I know is not 100% the landlord’s fault. Idk what it is but randomly, the apartment will smell like sewage water or poop. It switches areas of the apartment too. When I first moved in, the guest bathroom reeked like sewage water. I cleaned it and it’s never been used. It still smelled like it for another week so I keep the bathroom door closed, but now my bedroom smells like sewage water and it’s affecting my sleep because I’m a person that doesn’t do well with bad smells. It’s a huge pet peeve of mine, almost like a phobia. Also if you have sensitive skin, be wary of living in this area period, or invest in water filters for every faucet because the water in Marietta is HARSH. I have never itched so much in my life Update: The front office immediately addressed all of my concerns the moment their office opened on Monday. Aaron is amazing and always willing to help. I appreciate everything this community has been doing. They’re super nice in the leasing office and have an amazing maintenance staff, and as someone who has worked in property management, I can always appreciate a company who is efficient and compassionate to their tenants.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex, and it truly feels like a place I can call home. The community is well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming, making day-to-day living enjoyable and stress-free. One of the biggest improvements has been the new staff, who are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive whenever questions or concerns come up. It’s refreshing to interact with a team that genuinely cares about residents and works hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. Overall, the positive changes have made a noticeable difference in the atmosphere of the community. I truly appreciate the dedication of the new staff and the effort being put into improving the resident experience. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.
