I had a great experience working with Sade, the Property Manager, and Brittany, the Assistant Property Manager. Both of them were extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Sade leads with confidence and efficiency, making sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel heard and valued. Brittany is just as amazing, always helpful, attentive, and quick to assist with any questions or concerns. Together, they make a strong, reliable team that truly goes above and beyond to create a positive living experience. Their dedication and customer service do not go unnoticed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great management, the front office staff are always helpful, respectful and very knowledgeable.. Maintenance is always on point the couple of times I've requested service. Both maintenance mechanics are professional, polite and very knowledgeable in there fields.. Neighbors have been very nice and friendly and everything just works out perfectly. If you're in the need of a change take a tour of the development. I'm very grateful for the area I'm in. I've been lucky with having such a great group of neighbors in my immediate surroundings. Highly recommended

Stay FAR FAR away. From horrible maintenance “fixes”, to black mold that took over 7 months to be cleaned and fixed, broken appliances, a biohazard of a public pool. This complex is a perfect example of what happens when a large private equity firm owns multi unit housing. Throw in overworked and incompetent management and you have The Vistas. If you are an animal lover you do get your own flock of buzzards due to a constantly broken trash compactor.
