Do NOT move here. Management is shady, rude, and operates with zero transparency or compassion. A friend posted an honest review of these exact issues 24 hours ago, and it mysteriously vanished. She did not delete it—management is actively removing negative reviews to cover up what is happening here instead of actually addressing the community's problems. A few weeks ago on a Sunday, four masked men carrying rifles were walking around our complex and knocking on doors. Because our security gate was left broken and open for months, access was wide open. Management never bothered to notify residents about this major security threat. While the lease legally excuses them from reporting area crime, keeping residents in the dark when safety is compromised speaks volumes. Instead of focusing on safety or maintenance, the staff harasses residents. A friend had a vehicle towed to the property and explained to staff that it would be moved shortly, but they were met with total hostility and threats to tow it again. Meanwhile, an undrivable Mercedes and several other abandoned cars have taken up resident parking spots for MONTHS completely untouched. On top of that, routine maintenance is ignored. Between the unsafe environment, selective enforcement, neglected maintenance, rude staff, and active deletion of honest reviews, save yourself the headache and lease somewhere else.

The present management team are the best I have seen at this complex. I have been through the good, the bad, and the ugly. This team definitely care about the residents and making sure the complex is up to par. The maintenance man also does a fantastic job!
