I have been living at Summer Park for about a month now. Robert and Macy have been nothing less than wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. Their communication is top tier, and we need more of that in this economy. In my experience, management doesn’t care but Macy and Robert has showed me different. I really appreciate them and all they do for the tenants at this property.

There is so much I can say about this property. This is my second time renting from Summer Park. I moved out of state because I got married. Well, my family and I decided to move back to Ga and Summer Park was the only place I wanted to live. Robert and Macy are amazing. They are so helpful, and always make themselves available at all times. Their willingness to assist and communicate is what made me want to live here again. If it wasn’t for them, my family and I most likely would have chose another place. Also, I really appreciate how quickly they respond to any maintenance issues. I have never experienced this from other properties. I would definitely recommend others to live here.

My name is Moses Holmes, and I have been a resident of Summer Park Apartments for the past 25 years. During that time, I have truly enjoyed living in this community. Robert Christian and Macy Johnson are exceptional professionals who consistently demonstrate dedication, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to both the property and its residents. Many of the positive changes and improvements that residents enjoy today are a direct result of their leadership, hard work, and attention to detail. I am proud to give Summer Park Apartments a five-star rating. My recommendation is based not only on my long tenure as a resident but also on the consistently positive experiences I have had throughout the years, especially in working with Robert and Macy. They have always ensured that maintenance concerns are addressed promptly and that residents receive outstanding service and support from the office staff. If you are looking for a well-maintained community with responsive management and a team that truly cares about its residents, I highly recommend Summer Park Apartments.
