Students generally appreciate this housing for its convenient location near campus, spacious rooms with private bathrooms, and a positive social atmosphere that includes fun amenities and a welcoming community. While maintenance requests are typically handled promptly, some students find the cost to be on the higher side, with occasional concerns about additional fees and a lively weekend party scene.

I would never recommend this apartment community for my Mercer student ever again. My daughter lived here for 2 years and they neglected to complete proper inspections of her room which resulted in mold and microbial growth. After moving out they charged us, and refused to take accountability for the part they played in a terrible maintenance team. After paying an astronomical amount for rent monthly, and they are never in the office. As a parent I would suggest finding another housing facility if your child attends Mercer University.

I absolutely love the Lofts at Mercer Landing. My son transferred to Mercer last year. Haily was wonderful in helping us to decide what was best for him regarding apartment living. My son loves his apartment and gets along really well with his roommates. His room offers plenty of space, and he has his own private bathroom. A plus. This is a really nice place to stay. I am very happy with the Lofts at Mercer Landing. Thank you, Hailey, for all that you do.

Our son moved into the appointment back in June. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact, there was an unknown issue as he was moving in that was at no fault of the staff or appointment management that was quickly resolved and we was quickly moved to a different appointment. The staff including the cleaning staff checked in on him/us multiple time over the next few hours as we were helping him move in. As a parent, we felt really good about his choice in appointment complexes. Talking to my student throughout this year, he has had no issues and issues if if something isn't working or needs to be repaired, it is quickly addressed and repaired. I would highly recommend to any parent of a student looking for a clean and safe appointment.

The staff at Landing I have been amazing. Everytime my roommates and I have needed something, they have been very accommodating. We have been on more than one tour, and the staff have gone above and beyond. I highly recommend both Hailey and Erica if you need anything and if you are wanting to live in the lofts!!
