Since I’ve moved into this apartment, it been nothing but problems. Bugs, leaks and my neighbors have mold all over his apartment. If you like things to be fix, don’t come here.

Back when they took over my apartment complex 3 to 4 years ago, they didnt give residents a 30 day notice. Said we had until december 31st to move because they were restructuring all the apartments. That was posted on our doors december 4th. December 26th. I come home to workers in my apartment taking out windows and starting the process of renovation This past week. A friend was late on rent and they told him they would work with him with paying because of his situation and emergencies. By the time he got off work Friday, they threw all his stuff out side with no eviction notice. Terrible place and terrible people running it

Moved in was easy to deal with the rental company and I had a toilet leak they fixed it promptly and installed a much nicer/newer toilet. Great little community.
