Laura has always helped me with either the process of getting my apartment and getting settled in and all my questions! The staff in general have always been friendly and nice. 10/10!

I’ve been living here since December, and honestly, it’s one of the best complexes I’ve ever seen in Macon. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet at night, and the scenery is beautiful. They also regularly maintain the grass, pool, and other amenities around the complex. Another thing I highly appreciate is the promptness of the maintenance team. They come and fix things quickly, and there’s no significant delay or lack of communication between the leasing office and the maintenance team. I also like that they have a trash delivery service that picks up your trash from Monday through Thursday, which is a major convenience. Carlos, the maintenance man, is also very good. He goes above and beyond when he’s called to fix things. The leasing office is also very friendly. Every time I come in, I’m greeted by either Veronica or Laura with a smile and a quick resolution to whatever issue I have.

Moved here 3 months ago and I can honestly say this is the best decision I’ve made in a while. I absolutely love my apartment. The front office staff is friendly. The neighborhood is quiet. 10 out of 10!! Highly recommend
