Adrian On Riverside

I lived here since 2023. I want to highlight the most amazing staff ever. The manager Rebecca Robbins, Asst Manager or should be, Alex MC Count, Leasing Agent Cassi Young and two of the greatest maintenance staff ever, Sam Battle and Di Keil Clowers. This is by far the only resident I lived since moving from Alaska where I felt like family and completely safe. Ive lived in GA since 2020 in Warner Robins, Lawrenceville, Barnesville and now Macon and at Adrian on Riverside, we were treated with respect, our housing needs were always addressed in a timely fashion and the environment most of all was well maintained, thanks to the maintenance staff, peaceful and pleasant. Thanks to management and office staff. Its near a local mall, all the dining areas and much more. You really dont need a car while living here. I'm moving feeling blessed to have been apart of the Adrian family! Thank you staff for making this experience a memorable one and for impacting my life in a very special way. You all have set the bar for renting very high. Attitude reflects leadership. Rebecca is a great leader who lives by example. I will miss you all. Love you all! Mrs. Ratcliff

The consistent communication and professionalism from Adrian on Riverside is an enormous breath of fresh air compared to the complex I moved from. I've only lived here for a few weeks, but so far it has been a 10/10 experience.

Update: Contrary to their reply, the issues were never resolved. Original review: I had a horrible experience when I first moved in because the apartment wasn’t move-in ready, and some of the issues still haven’t been fixed. The balcony has been unusable since I moved in, and it’s been 10 months. The office management changed, and things improved a bit. They took care of the broken gate and the excess trash near the dumpster, but there’s a lot of room for improvement. I got the lease renewal offer, and for convenience, I was considering renewing it but I wanted to make sure they took care of the issues that had been there ever since I moved in. I went in to the office 2.5 months before my lease end to request them to take care of the issues. They scheduled multiple walk throughs, but weren’t able to actually do the walkthrough over a month after it had been initially requested. The walkthrough was good, they say they’ll take care of it so let’s see. They delayed the walkthrough by over a month and now they’re choosing not to honor the early bird pricing. I would have understood if I caused the delay, but the office dragged it. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE CHOOSING TO RENT HERE.

Came for a visit and the grounds are beautiful. The pool is very well maintained and the office staff were very accommodating. They answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information I didn't even expect.
