Do not move here. This property has ongoing habitability and health code concerns that management has failed to correct. There are rats and roaches, visible black mold around window areas, and water damage in ceilings and within walls, indicating unresolved moisture intrusion. These conditions pose serious health risks and violate basic standards for safe housing. Management and maintenance have been notified multiple times, yet no meaningful remediation has occurred. Additionally, the HVAC system is not properly maintained. Throughout my tenancy, only the air filter has been changed; the HVAC unit itself has not been cleaned or serviced, which raises further indoor air quality and health concerns. Rather than addressing these unsafe conditions, management conducts inspections and threatens residents with lease violations and point deductions, placing the burden on tenants while failing to meet their own legal obligations to provide habitable housing. It is unreasonable and unacceptable to penalize residents while allowing ongoing health and safety violations to persist. Living here means being exposed daily to unsafe conditions with little to no accountability from management. For your health, safety, and peace of mind, do not move here.
