I really like my apartment, and I like the staff here. But I’m getting increasingly frustrated with the sheer amount of trash everywhere. People are dumping their trash all over and littering everywhere, and it looks horrible—not to mention the environmental issues here. You put up signs, but they’re STILL doing it. How are you all doing tours while dodging so much trash? Please hold my neighbors accountable and make a CHANGE. I want to be proud to bring my friends and family here, and I’m so embarrassed by what I see every day. If you live here and you’re doing this—you should be ASHAMED.

I moved there the last week of April, I put in my termination lease for 60 days after being there 2 weeks. The property i was next to was on fire 5 months before I moved in. The apartment has roaches bad. They sprayed 2 times and that didn't work. Now they trying to over charge me with fees and dont want to answer the phones now!!!! Not a healthy place to move in. BBB should closed these apartments.

The location has a gritty blue-collar charm and shows signs of wear and age, though it’s not nearly as deteriorated as some places I’ve encountered recently. The interiors of the apartments evoke a sense of lived-in nostalgia, yet they still possess a certain comfort that makes them feel homey. Upon my arrival, Patricia welcomed me with a warm smile that made me instantly feel at ease. She was friendly and approachable, engaging in pleasant conversation without being intrusive. I appreciated that. She also gave me the freedom to explore the apartment at my own pace, allowing me to soak in the details without feeling rushed or pressured.

I lived in these apartments for 4.5 years in 2 different units i really regret moving from upstairs to downstairs as the mold was horrible and caused me and my children to be hosptialized and be sick for months the 2 maintence guys are complete idiots Jouse and Lazaro i believe are thier names as everytime they came to fix something they just stood around and had no clue what they were doing the ONLY maintence guy that knows what he is doing name is Jose he was always very helpful and understanding and the other 2 alwYs wanted to argue with me these apartments have really came to a downgrade from what they were in 2021. the lady in the office i believe her name is Erika is also very rude and when i moved into a downstairs unit we had no hot water for almost 3 weeks and she never once offered us to even shower in a empty unit until it was fixed i myself had to ask and she still had a attuide about it. the maintence guy jose deserves a promotion as he is the only guy there who actually knows what he is doing!!!! everyone else that i have dealt with for 4.5 years living there as management never last longer than 8 months are rude and unprofessional.

Maintenance couldn't fix the AC until the final day of us renting and moving out. Also have multiple electrical issues to wear more than one room is connected to the exact same GFI. A bedroom and hallway and bathroom should not be on the same GFI. Also by flicking the fan switch in the downstairs bathroom every other time that it gets turned on it trips the GFI, and shuts off the power to my bedroom the hallway and the bathroom. Never was fixed. Also if you want German roaches try out this apartment. They will act like they are a rich apartment with strict rules. I bug bombed the apartment three times and it still didn't get rid of the Roaches. Also in the video explains their way of fixing AC. I was an apartment 808. Very trashy set up of a apartment. Also when we moved in are disposal and dishwasher where clogged and 3 Drano jugs did not fully fix it. Humidity levels and molds were present in the apartment.
