When I say amazing I truly mean it. Ms.Beatrice gave me the best tour I’ve ever experienced in my life. From her politeness, honesty, attention to detail, she broke everything down and literally left me with no questions. The atmosphere of the office is welcoming. The grounds look well kept. Even maintenance greeted me. Now the units are chefs kiss. They are extremely spacious. The patio space was great. The amount of storage you get is unmatched. The amenities, the finishes and the level of care they put into the property shows. This visit was an absolute pleasure.

Overall, I had a great experience. Jessica assisted me with my first apartment rental experience and made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. Whenever I had questions or didn’t understand something, she took the time to explain everything step by step, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. The only suggestion I have is regarding staffing. It was difficult to schedule an appointment because the team appeared to be stretched thin with multiple responsibilities. If additional staff or support could be added to help with front office tasks, I believe it would improve the overall customer experience. I truly appreciate Jessica and the entire staff for going above and beyond to help me to the fullest capacity. Thank you for making my first apartment leasing experience a positive one.

Jessica did such an amazing job!!! She was such a big help to my wife and I in showing us the available units and speaking to the benefits of joining the community. She was very welcoming and engaging, and also did wonderfully in accommodating our newborn during the tour. We already loved the floor plans so Jessica’s assistance sealed the deal for us. We look forward to moving in soon!

Our entire experience was GREAT from start to finish. The staff I had the pleasure to encounter were friendly, inviting, knowledgeable & professional. Ivelis the property agent who assisted me was AH-MAZING!!! My decision to apply here was last minute with days on the clock to secure a place for myself & family. She & necessary parties made every accommodation they could to assist my criteria. The unit was clean and spacious. All appliances functioning properly. Received all the info we needed in a timely manner to help transitioning into our new comfy place go nice and smooth. Thank you parc @980. I look forward to enjoying the amenities and hopefully a continued peace of mind here🙂

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Beatrice at Parc@980. I had a really stressful situation come up during my leasing process involving financial verification, and I was honestly super overwhelmed and emotional trying to figure everything out. Beatrice was absolutely AMAZING through the entire process. She was so patient, reassuring, understanding, and kind every single step of the way. What really stood out to me was how much she truly cared. She spent so much time helping me communicate with management, trying to find solutions for me, and making sure I would still be able to move in on time. She was even helping me late at night around 1 AM,🥺 which honestly meant more to me than I can explain. As someone moving far from home, that level of kindness and support made such a huge difference emotionally. She never made me feel like a burden even when I was stressed, and she always treated me with so much compassion and patience. Parc@980 is so lucky to have someone like her.
