The Flats @ 1885 Apartments

I had an excellent experience touring The Flats @1885, and Talya was a huge part of what made the visit so positive. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She took her time showing me around the property, answering my questions, explaining the community and apartment features, and making sure I had all the information I needed without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was Talya’s personality and professionalism. She made the tour feel comfortable and conversational rather than simply transactional. She was attentive, patient, and clearly takes pride in making prospective residents feel valued. When you are considering somewhere you may potentially call home, the person introducing you to the community can make a major difference, and Talya represented The Flats @1885 extremely well. She left me with a very positive impression of both the property and the management team. Thank you, Talya, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. There are a lot of our students who utilize the Flats as their home. I have heard great things about this complex from our students. Keep up the good work.

It’s always room for improvement. I’ve been here since 2022. And things are ok. When I first moved in they celebrated our birthday. Which was great then it stopped. I think they should bring that back. To make your resident feel special played a big part of why we didn’t leave. Besides the mole in the bathrooms. We just spray with bleach because they are going to come do that anyway. Other than that it’s not a bad place to stay. Thank god we have great neighbors.
