Lori Bell was so great and I mean so welcoming and seemed as she loves her job. She very patient and will answer any questions you have to better assist. But lord she was awesome

The best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. So clean, maintenance is always so quick to fix problems and the staff is very nice and helpful. They also have 2 trails that are accesible from the property. Sometimes in the summer they have food trucks and fun resident events. Floor plans are so spacious and soo nice. Literally no complaints

Disappointing doesn't come close to how I feel! Ariana and I believe her name was Lauren were both AMAZING when first my son and I toured the apartment with Ariana and then my parents and I went back and toured with Lauren. I submitted the application and paid the non refundable $250.00 and was denied for an error. I called the property office and speak to one of the ladies to get a better clarification and a lady by the name of Michelle who was so proudly to announced she is the Director was so rude and rushing me off the phone. My dad also called and was trying to explained the situation and also was rude to him. I called her again and once I told her she was being beyond rude to my dad and I and that I called the 3rd party who did the approval or denial that she is the one who will be able to give me more information she stated that was incorrect. I explained to her the situation and no care. My dad called corporate and they were able to tell h why the application was denied and he told them the information provided incorrect and my current apartment could confirm and they said they can’t do anything that once it’s denied it’s denied. FOR an ERROR. $250.00 was taken from a single mom who just finished a year long cancer treatments and trying to provide for my son and give him a better place to live. The company don’t care at all but to take money from you. Beautiful apartment and community, horrible Director and Company!!
