Honestly the only good thing I can say is that landscaping is nice but that’s it, don’t use the laundry room unless you want destroyed clothing or non usable dryers. It takes up to 2 months to get any sort of repairs done on units. Ac randomly goes out. The gym took 3 months to get “redone” only for them to put in equipment that hardly fits. There’s always some sort of remodeling done to make this place look more high end. Half of the appliances in this place fall apart. I know this will fall onto deaf ears but warning future residents find somewhere else where.

Unfortunately, I have to share a negative moment with Jasmine.property management. I guess the good comments came about an experience when she wasn't having a bi-polar moment with residents. My car was towed. When I went into the office I asked Jasmine where was my car? She refused to let me know immediatel.She was refusing to tell me. I have no ideaI. I thought she was very strange acting. She started talking about how she was not dealing with her mental illness. She was talking irrational statements like yelling", get out of my office!" I said nothing to her just I asked her where did she tow my car to. She was very rude and hesitant to provide important information about my property. I was held up when I had be at work on time soon.. She was so rude and said," go seach for it"! Being that less than a couple months I had a autobus injury. I told her and security that I have medical injury. .She intentionally denied me to know where my car was. She didn't put a note on my apartment door or nothing about the location of my vehicle. Unfortunately police were called so I can get my car back. It was truly frustrating hardly ever speak to Jasmine. It was like she was putting on a bipolar performance. I couldn't believe she took a simple responsive reaction to an insultimg incomprehensible situation. When she had my vehicle yowed for no serious reason. Yes, I was embarrassed. Yes acted imposing. I am a respectful oaying resident. I had rights to approach her about my car. I never expected that type of treatment. But the truth be told truth shall be revealed in people who puts on a fake face towards their residents. It was all a disappointing experience.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Avana TownPark. I was going through a rocky life transition and Sveva specifically came through for me and made my move a very easy and pleasant experience. All questions were answered, continue to be answered, and issues were resolved within a day or two, promptly, and I have seen the difference between leasing agents talking a big game and actually following through with what they promise. I wanted to thank Sveva and her manager here and post a kind word about their quick response to my concerns and requests and praise their willingness to help. I am grateful and appreciative for their patience and kindness. Thank you for making my transition a pleasant and smooth experience and I am sincerely fortunate and thankful for your help and to have found this place. Thank you again.

I heard some things about these apartments and wanted to stop by for a tour. I was helped by Tyrell and he was very welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the tour went. The apartments were beautiful and the service was wonderful.

I stopped by after work. I was greeted by leasing agent Tyrell. He was very professional and welcoming. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. He showed me a two bedroom apartment. Very nice apartments.
