Avana Ridenour

I had a great experience working with Ty ( Leasing Manager). She was very helpful , professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and helped make the leasing experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a positive leasing experience. The units are exactly how they look online. The community was clean.10/10 definitely recommend !

The ENTIRE team at Avana Ridenour are extremely responsive and competent! I have been a resident for 2 weeks now and from the front office staff to the maintenance crew have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well taken care of! I look forward to making Avana my home! Thank you!

I want to shout out the maintenance and office staff. I moved-in April and have had a couple of maintenance requests. The maintenance staff was quick and effective with getting my repairs completed. Unlike some other properties I didn’t have to go back 2 and 3 times, they followed up and executed tasks in a timely and professional manner. They even cleaned up behind themselves. Jermaine, Michael and Steve are exceptional. Thanks Avery for treating your staff right which in return displays in their work ethic. Thanks Darius for helping me make the choice to live here.

Steven and Jarmaine are great! Whenever I see them around the complex they are always welcoming. I put in a work order this morning and they were on the job so fast. They were very quick and professional when they were completing my maintenance request. Thank you so much for all that you do.
