Don’t move here! It’s nasty and management is a one man show. One guy does everything and he’s a big liar! He seems helpful but will lie to you with a smile. The units are severely worn and they added valet trash to get our money but fail to clean the trash area now there’s all sorts and of bugs like roaches, ants and I’ve seen a rat running around as well as a possum. It’s not worth your money!

I absolutely love living here! The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and gives you plenty of room to truly feel at home. The location is also one of my favorite things about the property. It’s centrally located, making it convenient to get to everything you need, while still having a beautiful and peaceful setting. Being right in front of a golf course and lake is a huge bonus. The scenery is beautiful, and it gives the community a relaxing atmosphere that’s hard to beat. Another thing that really stands out is how quickly maintenance issues are handled. Whenever something needs to be fixed, the response is quick and the problem is taken care of without unnecessary delays. And I have to give a huge shout-out to the management team. They are awesome, friendly, professional, and genuinely make you feel welcomed and valued as a resident. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Great space, amazing location, beautiful surroundings, responsive maintenance, and an incredible management team. I would absolutely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

My own experience living for club villa apartments is great they look out if you need help with anything maintenance housing assistance, and great with helping people having a hard time paying their rent sometimes

My experience living at Club Villas for the past three years has been the best apartment living experience I've ever had. The property is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, and the management team truly cares about its residents. A special thank you goes to Isiah, who was always helpful, easy to communicate with, and quick to address any concerns. In three years, I only submitted three maintenance requests. Two were simply for refrigerator water filter replacements, and the third was an AC issue that was handled promptly and efficiently. I never experienced any major maintenance problems during my time there. One example that really shows the level of care and support residents receive happened the day before I moved out. I accidentally locked my keys in my car while it was still running. Isiah didn't hesitate to help. Even though he'd never unlocked a car door before, he found a clothes hanger and worked at it until he got the door open in about 25 minutes. It was just another example of his willingness to go above and beyond to help residents. If you're looking for an apartment community in a quiet, safe location with management that genuinely supports its residents and responds when needed, I highly recommend Club Villas. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home, and I will always appreciate the excellent experience I had there. 370-4

I just moved in and the apartment manager was very helpful. The 2 Bedrooms are very nice and spacious.
