Beacon Place - Warner Robins

I lived here for a year and it was the best experience I’ve had living in a complex. Caitlin and Courtney were absolutely AMAZING! Their customer service and pleasantness alone makes living here worth every penny. The apartment/townhome looked exactly like the model which is extremely rare. The layout is great. The maintenance team is extremely fast and efficient. I had an issue with my stove and in less than a week, the entire stove was replaced. I also had a wasp issue and they came out the same day. The pool area was always kept clean. I love that it is equipped to make the pool accessible for those that are elderly or have disabilities. Despite the gate not working all year, the neighborhood was always peaceful. The closets here are the only ones that I found while apartment hunting that could fit all of my clothes. The appliances were modern and in great condition. The location is great. When it snows, Kroger is less than half a mile away to walk. Just exceptional all around. 10/10 Give this entire staff a raise

Ok I’ve changed my review to 5 stars. The only reason I changed it was because Stephanie listened to my concerns n jumped right on n guess what my floor is now fixed n my cracks in my tub are a thing of the past! Stephanie is absolutely amazing. They definitely lucky to have Stephanie. She communicated n kept me up to date. Thank u again Stephanie! We’ve been here for 3 mths now and as far as the property it looks amazing n apartments are cozy n beautiful and property is very well maintained n it’s very quiet residents are friendly but however we need some stuff done to our unit n it’s been since March and still haven’t gotten it done! Our tub has cracks n my floor is lifting n they’ve known about it since March was never told to put it in portal but put it in portal last week n still no response from anyone that had authority to get something done! This isn’t a good look at all. I do love my apartment with my attached garage!!!

Lived here for a few months And let me just say Wonderful Place ! Starting with the staff in the office , Especially the manager Courtney, Great understanding and communication , willing to go the extra mile for tenant comforts and assistance. I love it here!

Courtney always takes the time to listen, communicate clearly, and make sure things are handled the right way. Her dedication, integrity, and positive attitude make a real difference. She goes above and beyond to help others and ensures that operations run smoothly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly competent and genuinely caring.
