This place started off great when Ms. Karen was in office. I was a paying tenant. After she left this place went down hill. They only care about Their quota being met. They will allow any and everyone here. This place is dirty. Take your money elsewhere I wish I could rate 0 stars. The office people tried to give me a hard time when I moved out despite me giving notice and they charged me for the last month when I told them 30 days in advance that I would not be there at all after 2nd week in April now I’m having them reported on my credit report as fraud. Don’t move here I’m warning u poor management. Filthy property I moved from out of town to Augusta and moved here hated it.
