Been almost 2 months trying to get our ac figured out and keep getting the run around saying it’s fixed. It’s just the heat and sun. 75 degrees when I’m trying to go to sleep at 11 pm isn’t the sun making my ac not work. Have came out and told me this that and the third and they “fixed it”. One was the valve they only have control to in their water closet being left on causing the coil to be warmer than it should. But my bill gradually going up isn’t part of their concern to take care of their renters. 2 bedroom apartment with nothing getting left on throughout the day shouldn’t have an electric bill of almost $400. Had an actual tech from a company come out with the maintenance man and both left without giving any info on my ac. Not only that we had to call the day after to get answers on why they just left. Will be more than happy to change my review once the situation is maybe resolved. But so far poor communication skills and no real urgency to help resolve their renters issues is a concern for me.
