Just moved here and nobody answers the phone for anything and maintenance do not fix anything or response to your maintenance requests what kind of establishment is this if they have no staff in office no one here to answer the phone or fix anything in the apartment. Cant even figure out how to pay rent here because the office is always closed and the features that we once could of did online is no longer available and nobody answers or call back thinking bout moving right back out and go somewhere else where available staff is there and things would get fixed in a timely manner

The new management wants to starve out the innocent stray cats that live around the property. They said they will get rid of the cats by any means necessary. This sounds like a threat and that illegal methods are in place. Shame! There are ethical TNVR volunteers already actively working on spay and neuter here and have been finding homes for the kittens and friendly cats.

Ms. Rachel is very helpful and makes any questions easy to understand. It’s a great area to live in, and she has really improved it a lot.

I've never been here and from what I'm told it's too expensive to live here and the management doesn't fix issues
