The National is an amazing place to live. It’s clean, has great amenities, and the location is perfect because it’s right in the middle of downtown where all the nice restaurants and shops are. I had a wonderful time staying here and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for their next apartment in Gainesville!

The National is a wonderful place to live in downtown Gainesville. So wonderful to be able to walk to all the restaurants on the square, the convenience of having the hotel across the courtyard where you can dine in the evenings. The staff, Kelsey & Lizzie are amazing to work with and always available to help with anything needed. We trusted The National for our daughter to live and she always feels safe there. Thank you for having such a great place to live!

I’ve had a great experience living here. It’s an amazing place to live, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The key fob access is a great feature and really makes safety and security a priority for residents. I also love the bar located in the courtyard. It creates a great sense of community and makes it easy to meet and socialize with other residents. Overall, it’s a great community with a comfortable, safe, and friendly environment. I would definitely recommend living here
