I’ve lived here for several years—since my daughter was 8 months old—and overall, the apartments are modest but comfortable. The community atmosphere has improved significantly compared to previous years, which I appreciate. However, some of the older units, including mine, would benefit from updates. My carpet has been damaged by multiple leaks from upstairs neighbors over the years, and it now has a persistent odor. There are a few additional areas that could use attention, and I would love to see the same upgrades applied consistently across all units, not just the newer ones. It would also be a major improvement if the storage room could be converted into a washer and dryer hookup. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful, and I value their professionalism. With a few updates to the older units, this community has the potential to be excellent.

I’m so happy that they allowed me to move here! I appreciate the ladies in the office! They are amazing people. I love my apartment so does my daughter and we will keep enjoying it ✌🏾✌🏾

Ms. Maria has been amazing! I've been having issue with the painting in my bathroom for awhile, long before she came in the office when i brought it to her attention she immediately got it taken care of! Maria truly treat us the way she'd like to be treated. She tries to make the living as comfortable and nice as she can.
