Nice community.

Would not recommend this place at all our water has been out for over 24 hours I’ve lived here for 5 months and experienced this 3 times can’t shower, flush our toilets wash our dishes or clothes. This is honestly the worst place I’ve ever lived. The rats outside are crazy this place is roach infested no matter how clean you are and the staff is highly unprofessional.

Regal Park Apartments — Honest Resident Review WOULDN’T RECOMMEND MOVING HERE AT ALL! I normally don’t take the time to write reviews like this, but I feel like future residents deserve to know what they may be getting themselves into. As of August 23, 2026, the water has been OFF for a full 24 hours. My children can’t even take a bath, and we can’t properly wash dishes because there is no water. Residents should not have to live like this while still being expected to pay rent on time. The management situation has also been extremely frustrating. We are currently going through what feels like the 2nd or 3rd management change this year. We recently signed leases with the previous management, only to receive new leases from the new management. And now, we’re being told there will be ANOTHER new management company starting Monday, August 24, 2026. The maintenance situation has been just as frustrating. There is a new maintenance team, while some of the only maintenance workers who consistently showed up on time and actually fixed residents’ issues are being let go. Things around the property have gone without being properly addressed for far too long. There is also a serious rat problem around the property. Rats are frequently seen outside, especially around the trash cans, and rat traps have even been placed outside my bedroom window. And the gnat problem is HORRIBLE. Even after residents have taken additional steps to try to get rid of them, they continue to come back and spread. You can barely walk around or go outside without seeing several gnats flying around. This has become an ongoing issue that doesn’t seem to be getting properly resolved. The property isn’t necessarily in a dangerous neighborhood, but I would definitely describe it as filthy and poorly maintained. That’s a major difference that future residents should know before signing a lease. Communication with the office has also been a major issue. There have been times when residents weren’t even allowed inside the rental office to speak with someone about their concerns. The attitude from some of the office staff made residents feel like our concerns were an inconvenience rather than something that should be taken seriously. And PLEASE don’t let the move-in specials and deals convince you that this is a good deal. Whatever money you think you’re saving is not worth your time, money, or peace of mind. A cheap move-in special isn’t worth it if you’re constantly dealing with water outages, pests, maintenance issues, management changes, and poor communication. Overall, my experience at Regal Park Apartments has been extremely frustrating. Think twice before signing a lease here. Visit the property, talk to current residents, look around the common areas, and ask questions about maintenance, pest control, water outages, and management before you commit. I personally would NOT recommend Regal Park Apartments.
