Toured here and was rushed through the tour. Didn’t see any of the amenities or was able to ask questions at the end of the tour. Walls and ceilings had popcorn style so felt very outdated. No natural light. Felt like we were a bother to the tour guide and not welcomed.

I’m pretty sure they deleted my mom’s review so I’m here to reiterate do not stay here. The worse apartment I’ve ever stayed in. The absolute worse. Nothing works on these apartments. Not elevator, not the gate, my mom dishwasher doesn’t even work and I been put an order in to get it fixed. ITS LOUD. The garbage truck comes every Tuesday and Friday, all you hear is metal smash at 7am. Sounds like Optimus Prime and Megatron is outside my window battling. And here I am up at 5:00am trying to sleep but can’t because someone or something is outside being loud. Do not stay here. These are the worse apartments I’ve ever encountered ever in my life. I’ve stayed at atleast 6-8 apartments. Hands down the worse apartments. The air conditioning in these apartments are complete ass. I have to put it on 55 degrees to keep it at 65 during the day. I get heat rises but it shouldn’t take all that for it to cool off. They got time to delete bad reviews but don’t have time to actually fix the problems to get good reviews. Do not stay here. Charlie was fantastic with the move-in process. He is a great communicator! Charlie also took ownership with the entire process—he even came in on his day off to finalize my move-in! This is what exceptional service looks like, thank you Charlie! The apartment itself is very cozy and comforting. I feel very secure especially with the gates on the perimeter. However, the pictures of the 1 bedroom unit don’t do the size justice, it is way bigger in-person! I’m excited for my stay here!

ATL native here, and I’ve lived a little bit of everywhere! But when I tell you 45Eighty Dunwoody is GORGEOUS, I’m in love with my apartment… and it’s only Day 1! If you’re undecided about moving here, I promise you won’t regret it. Shoutout to Charley for the phenomenal customer service!
