I’ve had several issues with lighting and I only get like 10 minutes of hot water in my unit which is unheard of for a luxury apartment.. but the staff is responsive and they have events and snacks in the office and the trail is nice so it’s okay .

I really enjoy the apartments and the surrounding nature trails; the property itself is beautiful. However, I was disappointed by a few restrictive policies. The weight limit on dogs (limiting pets over 40lbs to the first floor only) significantly reduced our housing options. Additionally, the requirement of three times the monthly rent for income verification felt quite restrictive. While the complex is lovely, these barriers made it difficult for us to secure a unit.

So far, my stay in the apartment has been very pleasant. The apartment is very comfortable, and the office staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently and quickly. I submitted a maintenance request, and it was completed the same day within just a few minutes. I am very satisfied with the service and my experience living here.
