Constellation Park Apartments

Let me start by stating that the apartments are beautiful and when we first moved in the community was amazing. However, since living here for a year the decline and lack of management enforcement/follow through has been glaringly obvious. There are several issues that we have highlighted our concerns on, and NOTHING has been properly addressed. 1. Parking is atrocious! People make their own parking spots against the curbs with sometimes 5 to 6 cars deep. Most of them are blocking any type of reasonable way of navigating through the parking lot. People are parked in handicaps without handicap indications (with these spaces limited and not properly aligned with the buildings and ramps to begin with), people with gas powered vehicles are parked in electric charging spaces. We have parked on the other side of the complex when needed, and granted it’s a hike (the parking layout was not well designed), and expect others to do the same. But when electric charging stations are taken by gas vehicles, we are forced to park on the other side of the community, and often by the townhomes just to have somewhere to charge (and that’s even if the charging stations are functional), or forced outside of the community to charge and come back. Management has done nothing but put green stickers on cars, yet the problem has only gotten WORSE. All I can say is no matter how much this complex send emails regarding residents violating policies , NOTHING HAPPENS!! So every person here just thinks you’re blowing smoke when you threaten to tow vehicles or fine people…and it doesn’t happen. These cars are here for DAYS before they even move. 2. The trash issue is getting ridiculous! Granted the valet doesn’t run on Fridays and Saturdays, but there should be ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for the community to turn into a LANDFILL! There are TWO dumpsters and even the second is full and trash climbing up the walls with flies and bugs in every direction. AND THIS HAPPENS EVERY WEEKEND! People are also leaving their trash bags on the ground outside their doors, when we are explicitly told to only keep garbage in the cans provided. When we first moved in here, people were getting notices left on their doors when this was violated and told they would have a fine on their rent. Now…. It’s a complete joke! 3. We have now had an ant issue, and found two roaches in our apartment. We keep a CLEAN AND TIDY home, especially concerning my spouse has severe allergies. We contacted leasing and placed an order for emergency pest control… three weeks ago… and NO PEST CONTROL has come. We had to take the matters into our own hands. 4. Not to mention when we first moved here, we also had our mom and sister move in. There was a referral bonus at the time for $500. We filled out the forms for it and were told step by step what to by leasing agents Bre and Larry. GUESS WHO STILL DOESNT HAVE THEIR MONEY A YEAR LATER AFTER REPEATEDLY ASKING FOR IT??!! When you pay $2,000 plus to rent here for a marketed LUXURY COMMUNITY, you expect just that. We spend TOO MUCH MONEY for the amenities to not work, bugs in the home, and for our view to be a pile of garbage that I can build a throne on. We moved here when we found out the management company was Woodward and we thought FINALLY a management company that is going to take care of their people based upon how they were at our last complex before they sold the property… now excitement has been replaced with disappointment. If I wanted to live like this, I’d be over in the slums of Norcross… at least I’m saving $600+ on rent….

Constellation Park is an exceptional luxury community. Beautiful modern apartments and townhomes , well-maintained amenities, peaceful surroundings, and a professional management team. The location on Satellite Blvd is convenient, and the community offers a comfortable, upscale living experience. Highly recommended! 🏡✨

I recently toured Constellation Park Apartments in Duluth and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and has a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like it would be a great place to call home. The grounds are clean, the amenities are impressive, and the apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. What really made the experience stand out, though, was Bree. She was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the community. She took the time to walk me through everything in detail, answered all of my questions patiently, and made the entire tour feel relaxed and comfortable instead of rushed or salesy. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. Bree also did a great job highlighting the features of the apartments and the community, pointing out little details that make living there special. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a huge impression and really reflected well on the entire property. If you’re looking for a place to live in the Duluth area, Constellation Park Apartments should definitely be on your list. Between the beautiful community and the outstanding service from staff like Bree, it truly feels like a place where residents would be well taken care of. Highly recommend checking it out!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Moved here in November 2025. The apt is new and offered 6 weeks free rent. The 6 weeks are offered upfront unlike some are free at the end. We had 2 work orders done and both were quickly taken care of. The gym is clean and not crowded when I go. The front office offers free coffee and sparkling water. As time approaches spring we can see the sunset from our 5000 building towards parking lot side. The apt is off I85 so you can access it quickly. So it's very convenient if there's no traffic. The apt has elevator so it's good for those of us who only likes to work out in gym and outdoors. I enjoyed living here and would recommend to others.

We absolutely love living here. Thank you so much to Amber for making the entire process and our move so smooth and stress-free. Everything feels new and well maintained, the community is wonderful, and the location is prime while still being peaceful. We truly don’t have anything negative to say, highly recommend!
