2370 Main At Sugarloaf

I want to personally recognize Shardonae. I was in the process of looking for apartments from out of town. When I came to 2370Main, Shardonae was the throwing a pool party for the community but in the mist of that she still made herself available for me to tour homes. After my tour she followed up with me, and answered any questions I needed, anytime I emailed her she emailed back within a timely manner, or called to make sure she explained it better. One morning I text their line trying to get information, even though I know I texted before opening, however she called and walked me through everything literally 45 mins before they opened. She really went above and beyond and I truly appreciate her for this. Especially with me moving from out of town. Thank you again Shardonae, you are truly amazing.

This place is amazing. I had an amazing experience working with Shardonae at 2370 Main at Sugarloaf. From the very beginning, she was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. Shardonae took the time to answer all my questions and made my entire leasing process smooth and stress free, and truly went above and beyond to help to me find the perfect place. I had looked at these apartments a few years back and while the staff member was polite, I felt a bit of uneasiness in the air. I’m very particular of where I live, the aesthetics and if it’s a healthy environment . I came for a tour again and Ayisha was very welcoming to my mom and I. After doing a small tour , I was sold. I needed something that could get me to work , but also have the convenience of being a short distance to get to family. My apartment is great and maintenance was very quick to take care of issues when I did my checklist. I feel a sense of peace and coming back to my stomping grounds. Looking forward to how this year goes. Would recommend.

I had an excellent experience moving into Main at Sugarloaf, thanks to Ayisha Pirani. From the very beginning of the leasing process all the way through move-in day, she helped every step of the way. Even after moving in, she has remained incredibly helpful, providing quick responses and resolving any concerns immediately. I also want to give a special shout-out to Dominique Williams from the maintenance team. Dominique has been fantastic with maintenance help, ensuring everything in the apartment is in top shape. My only concern regarding the property is that the building gates are frequently left open by people using decorative stones to prop them. This is a security issue that I hope management can address. Overall, the staff here is top-notch, and I highly recommend working with Ayisha if you are looking to move here Adding a sunrise photo from my patio!

Every interaction I've had with her has been confident and informative, making dealing with apartment issues a breeze. The modern premises are a plus, and the staff's warm welcome always makes me feel at home. The common areas are great spots to relax, and we love unwinding there. One suggestion for improvement: the hallways near the gates could use more frequent cleaning. Maybe a regular schedule could help keep them spotless. Overall, Ayisha and the team are doing an amazing job. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.
