It's way too ghetto. It always something . No where to park really. Grown women always fighting every chance they get. Car break ins nothing done about it. I'm sick of it.

I am enjoying my apartment home I have been here almost a year and I have never had any problems with the property manager as far as repairs or anything else and my apartment home is very nice and comfortable and the community is very quiet at night! It has been a pleasure living here! The apartment size is amazing and I would recommend Swift Creek to anyone who's looking for a nice place to call home! I like it because it's a very small apartment complex and the neighbors are very welcoming and friendly! It has a playground for small kids, the landscaping is well kept, and the property manager and maintenance man works very hard to please the tenants! You couldn't ask for a better way of living! 🥰 I am very happy to have chosen Swift Creek for my apartment home!😊
