Dear Property Manager, I hope you I am writing to share my experience with one of your leasing agents because I believe it is important for management to be aware of how prospective residents are being treated. This was my second visit to your property. During my first visit, I chose not to apply or sign a lease because of the unprofessional attitude I experienced from. I decided to give the property another chance because I genuinely liked the community and hoped my first experience was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, my second visit was even more disappointing. When I arrived, I was not greeted or acknowledge me. At first, I didn’t realize she was the leasing agent because she never spoke to me, so I waited until I saw her and had to initiate the conversation myself. Instead of welcoming me, she responded rudely and told me to wait. While I was waiting, she continued having side conversations and drinking rather than assisting me. After waiting and observing the lack of professionalism, I decided to leave without taking the tour. Ironically, before arriving, I had hoped I wouldn’t be assigned to tour with the same leasing agent again, and unfortunately, she was the one assisting me. First impressions matter, and the leasing office is often the face of a community. When prospective residents are treated with disrespect or indifference, it reflects poorly on the property as a whole. Based on these experiences, I no longer feel comfortable leasing in a community where I do not feel welcomed or valued. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I believe no prospective resident should have this type of experience. *TOUR REVIEW* My boyfriend and I toured this community yesterday. Although we showed up for our appointment on time, the three people working in the office did not acknowledge us until we walked up to them and said something. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes until the manager was done with a phone call. We were not able to tour any units on the top floor, which was all we were interested in. The community seemed clean and quiet, and there were good options for the price. I would recommend driving around the area to see if it’s a good fit for you. We ultimately decided not to go with this community because the office staff seemed unprofessional on the first impression, and the apartment features did not make up for it, unfortunately.

This apartment is great. Super great location and awesome amenities. Nekia is the agent here and she has been super helpful and amazing from beginning to end in my move. Overall grata experience and very thoughtful in decorations and ambiance as well.

I’ve had a really good experience living in this apartment overall. The location is convenient, and everything I need is nearby, which makes day-to-day life a lot easier. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a nice layout with enough space to feel at home. One thing I really appreciate is how responsive the management/maintenance team is. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it’s been handled in a reasonable time, which makes a big difference. The property is generally kept clean, and I feel safe living here. Of course, no place is perfect—there are occasional minor issues like noise/parking/etc., but nothing that outweighs the positives. Overall, I’d recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a decent, reliable place to live.

I had a great experience touring a one-bedroom apartment with the team at Notion. The property manager was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel confident about the space. Definitely a 5-star experience—highly recommend!
