I’ve lived here for 3+ years. I love the beautiful landscape and how private and quiet this property is. The units have a nice older charm (hardwood floors, etc). There is an individual property manager, rather than a large rental company, so you always work with the same person for any issues, which feels more personal.

Amazing community here. Super quiet, safe, everyone is very welcoming. The apartments are well maintained and there are no bugs/pests. Onsite laundry that takes debit/credit card. The complex grounds are both welcoming and well groomed. There is a big pool in the back next to a little patch of woods/forest -- very chill vibes back there. Everything inside the apartment feels new and clean. Gorgeous wood floors and huge windows fill the entire apartment with light, my house plants are going crazy. The apartment manager Michelle is very easy to work with and also very nice. It only took about a day for me to rent this place and get everything situated as far as application/deposit is concerned. Super fast process if all your ducks are in a row. Moved in about a month ago and I'm loving it. Awesome neighborhood to boot. Very close to all kinds of awesome stuff. Would absolutely recommend North Decatur Gardens to anyone looking to move to the Decatur area.

My daughter and I have lived here for 4 years. We love this community and location to Decatur square. The pool is great in the summer, with a very secluded feeling and grilling area. Front and back porches are great for sitting, the neighborhood is always very quiet.

North Decatur Gardens Apartment Complex is a fantastic, diverse community that is friendly towards children and pets. I have been living here for a year, and I couldn't be happier. Michelle, the apartment manager, is always accessible and takes care of work orders, property cleanliness, and callbacks efficiently. The complex is situated in a highly sought-after and secure neighborhood, with excellent schools, shopping, and parks nearby. If you are looking for a wonderful place to live in North Decatur, make sure you stop by our community. Thank you!
