When I moved here it was a 5. 2 years into living here, I began to see mice. They sent pest control and looked for holes. The problem resloved. Two months ago, I saw a mouse then a rat. Then more mice. I always kept traps due to a phobia. They were caught and I put in request to have them removed. They were removed but I requested a meeting for a solution. I called and left a message several times. I even went to the office on my off day and was told mgmt was in a meeting. I sent emails in detail along with pics. They want to collect my money every month, but don't care if I have to share my apt with rodents. I will not be renewing my lease in 6 mos, as the more recent mgmt team do not care about their residents. I have been living in fear, and forget about inviting people over. Don't come under my post asking me to reach out and you apologize because I have been reaching out and you havent responded or resloved my issue that you are fully aware of.

Living here isn't the problem. The location is great. The administration sucks. Move-in and Move-out process were UNNECESSARILY complicated. The administration does not respect written agreements, make unnecessary charges, does not fix the charges when they are their own mistakes, and then when you refuse to pay the money you are not suppose to pay them- they charge you for late fees! I've lived in many places, but these guys take the price for worst service and for being money hungry schemers.

The apartment are nice and safe so far. I just don't like people with pets in these small apartment. Apartment are not good for pets, plus i just don't like someone living above me u can hear them making alot of noise like walking real heavy,
