The customer service from the office is unmatched.

Scheduled an appointment for a tour and when I got there both women were very rude. They didn't even bother to ask my name or anything. Said they didn't have any one bedroom apartments available even though it was on their website and Zillow. The blonde hair lady claimed they have no control over taking those down even though I kept checking for days and some had been taken down

This is the most DISGUSTING place I have ever lived. It is FILLED with roaches, and despite multiple documented times telling management they did nothing until I was finally ready to move out, I had to pay hundreds on my own just to try to keep them in check. The pool is rarely open, when it was, it was completely filthy and falling apart. We had constant issues with BLACK MOLD (Which was just wiped away and not completely dealt with, the mold ended up giving me and my boyfriend respiratory issues, which I told to management and they did not acknowledge), Serious electrical issues (one which almost caused a fire), flooding from the water tank into our closet, the air that came out of the vents was musky and filled the apartment with dust and debris daily. They left a giant hole in the ceiling of our bathroom for mines and closed out the work order, all of the steam from the bathroom goes directly into the ceiling with no way out, so the mold only got worse. I tried so hard to get help on these issues, but even after two years they did not fix everything and would just close out my work orders without talking to me. After a few weeks of moving out, I finally got my move out notice with what was owed for usual renters damages. A month later they sent me a second notice with almost $300 more in charges and refuse to give me a straight answer on why they did this. One of the things noted was holes in the walls, which I spent my money and fixed before moving out.This complex and the people that own it are shady and they do not care at all about their tenants, they only care that you pay on time. This place is despicable, and I will be sure that anybody I come across who thinks about going here is turned in the opposite direction. I have years worth of photos proving/documenting all of my claims.
