By far the worst apartment i have ever lived in they over charge every one that lives here and will not fix anything that is broken pll stays nasty and closed all summer charge a fee for pestcontrol every month but no one sprays or takes care of it make u pay to wash clothes the washer and dryers are always broken I have had stuff in my apartment broken for a year I have put many work orders in they will mark them completed and never show up to fix them the mess up more than they fix when they do show up this place is juat a joke 1500 a month for a 2 room apartments is just stupid

Ms. Nicole the property manager is the best thing that ever happened to this property. She went above and beyond to try to control the complete chaos that the 4th of July celebration brings to our neighborhood. The new management company has been great and extremely fair and responsive. I've lived here for years and it was rough, but now it's getting progressively better. Great job!

I came to visit the property and the property manager Angela was extremely friendly and very warm welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about the area and gave me great property insight. She was multitasking very well in this extremely hot weather because she was alone but made it look easy, her poor self. I would highly recommend this place just from my experience with her. We needed a two bedroom and it was the only deal breaker for me because that wasn’t available.

Me and my husband lived here since 2015 were very fortunate to have Angela with us. I appreciate how quickly she responds to our emails and texts.She has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful and kind.She was hired by our landlord, but at times it felt like she was working for us. She is brilliant at her job and made sure everything in order keeping you updated, or making sure everything runs seamlessly. Thank You Angela 😊.

I have lived here over a year and have enjoyed every bit of it! Angela is the greatest in terms of property management experience and as a friend! She really cares about you, your concerns and she always tries her best to get matters resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to live but that also has real quality in each of the units.
