Great place to live! If you want to live somewhere that allows you to walk to some great areas, such as Highside market, Broadway, or the Riverwalk, Second Avenue has you covered. The office team, Amani and Aaliyah, are friendly and professional. They will make the leasing and move in process easy for you! Also, maintenance is fantastic. Tasheka, the supervisor, is quick to work orders and will always communicate with you about any issues you might have. Highly recommend Second Avenue!

Iām extremely disappointed with the behavior of one of the maintenance employees, Tashivia. While I was walking to check my mail, she came through the apartment complex in a blue Toyota Corolla driving extremely fast and came close to hitting me. She was also blasting loud music while driving through the property. This is an apartment community where residents are constantly walking to their cars, checking their mail, walking pets, and could have children outside. Employees should be setting the example when it comes to safety on the property, not driving in a way that puts residents at risk. The entire situation was very unprofessional and honestly came across as extremely ghetto for someone representing the apartment community. Management seriously needs to address the speeding and overall conduct before someone actually gets hurt.
