Chikere (the lady at the front office) is such a phenomenal help. Very educated and dedicated in providing premier services.

I came into the office confused about paying my rent, and Malik helped me right away. He explained everything so I could understand it and made the whole process easy. Super nice, professional, and had great customer service. Thank you again!

I wish I could give 0 stars. First I schedule a time to tour a unit. I arrive on time only to be told they have no units available to tour after I drove an hour to see it and I scheduled my appointment days in advance and was told “it shouldn’t have let you make an appointment”. To further my frustrations I’ve been waiting over a month to hear about my application status. At the time of my application there was no availability but since then I’ve seen multiple units open up and currently there are two units available mid next month. I’ve reached out to the property on multiple occasions only to never receive a response. This is super unprofessional and quite frankly annoying, do they even want to rent out the units? I’ve never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism and poor communication from an apartment complex in my life.

Lacks communication… called to double check availability once she told me when they’ll have one available I put my app in… I would’ve thought I was supposed to receive an email about if I got approved or not .. nope had to call.. gave me the run around for about 2 1/2 months…wasted my time.. no communication skills youu won’t receive a message from her without youu texting first. If youu don’t text first youu will literally get no updates or anything… waste of time and waste of my $50 ! 😘
