I have had a great experience living at this apartment community. The manager Mrs. Jones is friendly, professional, and always willing to help when needed. She does a great job communicating and making sure concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The apartment community is a nice place to live, and I appreciate the effort the management puts into keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, Iām very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this apartment community to others looking for a comfortable place to live.

I've had issues with this complex since day one when they initially rented me an apartment with dirty walls, a molded fridge and a filthy carpet. After filing a complaint, the former property manager, Britney, showed me an apartment that was actually move in ready. And I say move in ready loosely. The cabinets are dilapidated, the bathroom mirror is damaged and there is an issue with gnats. In addition, when you flush the toilet or use the washer, it literally sounds like the pipes are gonna burst. Lastly, it's difficult finding a parking space in front of your actual unit and the new property managers just don't seem to care about resolving that situation. Also, whomever drops off packages for Tik Tok orders do not insure that the orders are secured. What I do like is the area is quiet and I overall enjoy my apartment for the price. However, I will not lie like the other reviewers and say that this place, especially the original apartments, need improvements.

The apartment Community is very quiet. Inside is very spacious!!! the staff are very welcome and nice shout out to Ms. Melody š«¶š½š«¶š½š«¶š½ she was a big help to me the whole week. I was trying to get my application submitted and Iām thankful for that 10 out of 10 i do recommend!! And also thanks to Bianca on her first day. She helped me a lot while touring and also my move-in day. She also was very sweet.
