I have had an outstanding experience with the property management team at my apartment community. Alysha the apartment manager is absolutely wonderful! David the maintenance man for property is rock solid also! They are professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents and the community. Whenever I have a question or concern, the management team is quick to respond and works hard to find a solution. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard, respected, and comfortable in their homes. Their attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a welcoming, clean, and well-managed community really stand out. It is clear that the management team takes pride in what they do, and it makes a tremendous difference in the overall living experience. I truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a place where residents are valued and well taken care of.

The manager and maintenance team are amazing. Some of the residents are questionable and rude though but I’m sure that’s almost anywhere that there’s apartments. Wish there were more amenities but there is a little playground that they call the “tot lot” and a swimming pool that is 3ft deep all around so it’s perfect for kids. Also areas for group gardening and a pavilion and grills with picnic tables. Laundry room with washers and dryers as well.

Pretty decent apartments. Loses one star because someone had an overdose down the street from my unit.
