Wouldn’t recommend no one to move here . Each unit I’ve viewed have a very strong odor. The appliances look like it was rushed on paint all over the floors , sinks chipped , brown stains on the wood floors. Seen so many roaches , a lot random cats all the complex . Just terrible

Yo I swear every time winter arrives, the hot water disappears in a blink of an eye. I called the manager 2 times asking them to fix the hot water and this goofy transferred the call to the maintenance system and yet the maintenance guys don’t even answer. It’s like they’re purposely ignoring my calls and my problems. They act like they are trying to fix the water heater as well. It never works. It’s like the repairman isn’t even experienced or they just hired someone from the streets to work for them.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I moved here in September 2021. For the past month, whole apartments had to live without hot water more than half a month because the management could not find a company to fix it. And again here we are before thanksgiving, hot water is gone again. There's no one who take care of the apartment after hours. I was told by maintenance guy that they have to replace the boiler which apparently supplies 6 buildings of this apartment complex yet they don't do it as it would take 2~3 more days to replace and obviously corporate wants to save up the money while taking full rents from the tenants. So they fixed it temporarily and now it's gone again. And they are expecting me to pay full month rent? I don't think that would happen as according to GA law, any apartment need to fix essential utilities wihtin 48 hours, which is not happening now. I'm planning to find every possible way to talk to bureau about this apartment because I'm not sure how they even pass the annual inspection if they are consistently having a trouble to provide basic essential such as hot water. My advice again is DO NO MOVE IN HERE. **Addition: One GOOD THING about this apartment is the manager, Marwin. He is very responsible and responsive. TBH, if it wasn't him, I would break my contract and start looking for other places. He deserve a raise.

I just moved to the Villas of Embry Hills. So far I have had a great experience moving in. Luz made the process very easy and she worked with me every step of the way. She was very pleasant and hospitable. My apartment is clean and it is very quiet at night. Thank you. I feel at home.
