Woodglen Townhome Apartments

This place feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. I’ve been here for three years and whenever I’ve had an issue, Justin is always really quick to communicate and handle it. The only gripe I have would be the cabinets being outdated. But living in a clean, quiet place with the type of management they have is worth it.

Do NOT recommend living here. Management does NOT care! Reached out to management MULTIPLE times in regards to neighbors allowing their animals to use the bathroom right at my front door and leaving it there knowing I have CHILDREN (showed management video and photo proof of it happening in action). Reached out to management to inform them of the fact that our home was overwhelmingly strong with the smell of weed from our neighbors, not a good think to be inhaling as a special needs child breaths that in. Reached out to management multiple times to inform them of the “back patio” being flooded and the storage room being so rotted & having hole in the bottom that multiple items of personal property was RUINED by water damage and MOLD ! The a/c lines stayed frozen constantly so I always came home to it being hot , management was also informed of this ! My lease was set to end at the end of march , I was a few days shy of giving a whole 60 day notice as the papers I received said my lease would shift to month to month if I did not renew, once I found somewhere to move and got approval, I gave notice right away! I was moved out BEFORE the first day In march but still did the right thing & paid for the whole month of march and Returned all keys along with leaving the place spotless and ready for move in only for them to still send me ANOTHER bill expecting me to pay for April too despite my lease ending in march and I never stayed a single day there throughout the month of march! I did not feel as if this was correct for me to have to pay considering I paid march, my lease ended, I gave proper notice , and left the place clean. My “unpaid bill” for April was then sent to collections & put on my credit. Save yourself the headache on this place because they do not care ! So I have gave this place some time before leaving a review and here it is, I absolutely love this place.The process to move in was painless. The young man in the office Justin very clear, very kind,Very direct, very helpful an absolute joy honestly,overall 10 out of 10. The pool is a thing of beauty very clean very up to date and you HAVE to live there to get into the pool so it it is very peaceful( you are allowed to bring guests though❤️)The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful everyone you speak to is very kind. The maintenance there is very quick to react. They’re very helpful. They show up in a reasonable amount of time and I have had two maintenance request and they were both fixed almost immediately. I have not seen any bugs at all in my unit (I have been here almost 3 months) I had new flooring. My carpets are very clean almost new,They might even been new. It was very clean and I didn’t do an official viewing of the apartment before I moved in.It’s very well insulated just overall the property as a whole is very much a place you would want to live.

I’ve lived at Crossing for a while and can definitely tell a difference since the new manager came in. Things feel more organized, maintenance is getting handled faster, and communication has improved a lot. It’s nice to see things actually being taken seriously now. Definitely moving in a better direction.
