Great customer service! A special thank you to Ms. Kerry for going above and beyond to ensure I had a place and that everything was ready, comfortable, and conducive for me. Aliyah has also been helpful throughout this process!

My boyfriend just ended his lease with this apartment and I’ve never seen anyone experience such hardships with a property manager/apartment complex. Kerry was very condescending and would speak over him anytime he brought up concerns about why his rent was a different amount every single month. I would stay with him on occasion and there were always bugs as they do not keep up with routine maintenance & one of his roommates moved out and left the room trashed & it took over a month of him asking for it to be “cleaned” & they lied and said they cleaned it and they still left trash all over that room. He had no issues prior to this management company taking over. I would not recommend this place to literally anybody.

I recently moved out of The Marlowe Apartments and truly enjoyed my stay. Aliyah and Kerry were exceptional—they went above and beyond to resolve issues promptly. For instance, when the water heater broke at night, I called Kerry, and she immediately sent a maintenance worker to check the water heater. She also arranged for us to use another unit so we could shower. The water heater was replaced the next morning. Another problem with the washer and dryer was quickly addressed by Aliyah. Overall, my experience living here was excellent.

The Reserve was taken over by Kerry a little under a year ago and rebranded to The Marlowe. Kerry purchased a DISASTER of a property and has been fighting tooth and nail to get this place fixed up. I was privileged enough to be moved into one of the newly renovated units, and my family and I could not be happier. Any time there is an issue, staff is on top of it (as long as we make it known in a reasonable time frame). There is lots of work that still needs done, but it is very obvious that Kerry and her team are working their butts off to completely transform the community. Only reason my rating isn’t higher is because there is so much work to be done, but if I could rate their work ethic they would have 5/5
