Unprofessional with extreme caution I had a very DISAPPOINTING experience with 1105 Town Brookhaven. When we first consulted with the leasing team, we were quoted one price, but it didn't match what ended up on the actual contract. This kind of inconsistency made us question the professionalism of the whole office from the start. The application process itself took about three weeks of back-and-forth before we got any real answers -- an unreasonably long time considering how simple our questions were. Because disappointing experience we decided to cancel our application. Instead of processing the cancellation properly, they tried to charge us additional fees that were never clearly explained. When we asked them to refund the application fee given everything that had happened, they went completely silent -- no response, even from property manager. Based on our experience, I can't recommend them.

The new management team has given us an amazing experience! I’ve loved all the renovations they’ve done to make this apartment feel more like a home. Aimee, specifically, has been incredibly helpful throughout my move in process and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. She has been so kind, responsive, and genuinely attentive to any questions or concerns I’ve had. It’s clear that she truly cares about the residents and wants everyone to feel comfortable and taken care of. I’m so grateful for all of her help and am excited to see all the continued improvements to the community!

For the past few months, my sister and I have been communicating with Aimee at the leasing office about touring and moving in. She is the reason that I decided to move in, her bubbly energy and consistent work ethic and help are exceptional, and they really make me feel listened to. Every time we have a request, we come town to the leasing office and Aimee is ready to help!! I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough, and if you have a tour, request Aimee!!!

I love living here, the location is so convenient, maintenance is great, and Chandler and Aimee are the best! The community events are also well planned and so much fun.
