Woodford Ridge Townhomes

Grenada is so genuine and sweet. Very inviting and pleasant to speak and work with. Application process was a bit lengthy but this could be situational. Very flexible, professional and easy to communicate with. The townhomes are much more beautiful in person. Overall, I like it. Will continue to recommend Woodford Ridge to others.

Grenada is awesome! She’s always so attentive and helpful if an issue comes up. All we need to do is call and she makes it happen. Thank you Grenada!

I am absolutely obsessed with my new townhome! From day one, this place has exceeded all of my expectations. The home itself is gorgeous, modern, and welcoming — but what really makes this community stand out is how beautifully everything is maintained. The grounds are always spotless, landscaped, and manicured with so much care. Every time I walk outside, I’m reminded of how lucky I am to live here. The management staff is truly outstanding. They are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any question or request I’ve had has been handled quickly and with such professionalism. It’s rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like this, and it makes all the difference in creating a place that feels like home. Moving here has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I feel proud to call this community my home and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming place to live!

My experience has been nothing short of Amazing!!! Granada and Deedee (hope I spelled it correctly) are the kind of professionals you dream of having. Clear communication, with reasonable expectations of the process. The application turn around time was the fastest I've ever experienced . Everything that's advertised low deposit and easy on credit was true. No hassle no surprise fees , I sincerely appreciate the staff and I am excited to call Woodford Ridge home.

Grenada has been an awesome leasing manager. She’s so sweet and very thorough in providing information needed. Always very prompt and the Neighborhood stays clean which is a huge plus!
