I give this apartment complex 1 star, I’ve been here for 7 months. The beginning was nice for my first apartment but as time went on I seen roaches, someone came and sprayed but it made them worse. Now I have roaches being inside my oven, microwave & other places . I’ve also heard the same thing from 2 other that live in the complex . There is also loud noises at night and the property manager does not do anything about it after I’ve reported it multiple times and even sent videos. Also maintenance isn’t that great they fix stuff it work for a while just for it to mess up again.

I have lived here with my bf for almost a year now and it's an acquired place . The maintenance man is fantastic and other staff I have met is great . However ,I feel they need to clean up the buildings ,they need to be pressure washed and trash needs to be picked up around the area . The dryers are pretty awful as well ,it will burn up your clothes . No dishwasher which causes gnats to become a problem ,even with clean dishes . The process to pay rent is pretty outrageous with extra fees for about anyway you pay . Overall it's a quiet place to be ,you're getting what you pay for .

Great renting experience doing business with Colin & also the Head Property Manager I cannot recall her name at the moment, but these people make you feel at home and show you that they really care. This community out here are like family sticking together and watching out for their neighbors that they share the same building with. This was especially on full display during the natural disaster Helene in September. The maintenance groundskeeper is also a great guy very stoic personality initially but once you get to know him you find he’s very useful & very knowledgeable in his field. I would recommend anyone who is single or with a small family to give Woodhaven a try. It was my first apartment in the beginning it’s no wonder I returned back 10 years later.

I have been here going on 3 years now. This has been a great experience. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about woodhaven apartments. You can argue that rent may be a bit in the pricey side. However, that is where the debate begins and ends. The management team here has a way of making you feel like more than a unit. I feel like a cousin of a big family. We have cookouts, we have a community garden. Each time I run into an issue management and maintenance makes it their priority to fix it. So many things they can choose to do wrong they choose to do right. Woodhaven Apartments 10/10 would recommend.
