I’ve been living at The Augustan for about 8 months now after relocating from NJ and have had a great experience! I was honestly a little skeptical about writing an apartment review because of some bad experiences I’ve had in the past, but The Augustan has definitely earned 5 stars in my book. I absolutely love the office staff. They are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Due to my work schedule, I don’t get to visit the office as often as I would like, but they’ve always made me feel welcome and have reminded me that I can stop by anytime. The building and grounds are very well kept, the amenities are great, and the location is super convenient. I always feel at home here and genuinely enjoy living here. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Augustan to anyone looking for a comfortable, well maintained community with a great staff.

I recently moved into the Augustan and my experience was seamless in every sense of the word. The team member who facilitated my tour and subsequent sign on (Caroline) was extremely friendly, kind, and competent. The building is lovely, the amenities are top-tier, and the residents I’ve interacted with thus far have incredibly kind. Highly recommend!
