A special thanks to Jacqueline, who was always professional, kind, and extremely helpful. She made every interaction easy and stress-free. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, she was patient, respectful, and always willing to help. Her excellent customer service truly made my experience much better. This was my husband and I's first apartment together back in 2018-2020 and we are moving back here again next month because it is just that great. It's even better now because there is new management too! Tyler from the corporate office is SPECTACULAR, he was the one we got started with as he was down and filling in for their office staff. He answered any questions we had before we even asked them and was so so delightful, informative and kind. Jacqueline is back in the office now and has been helping us get the lease signed, deposit paid, and everything else handled and she has made it all SO easy and stress-free. She has answered any and all questions I've had and been so incredibly sweet. We are so excited to move back and call Rocky Creek our home again! Not only is the staff amazing, the location is great too, the property is well kept and the price is SO good compared to others in the area. Everything so far for us has been 10/10. We'd recommend to a friend for sure! (:

I’ve lived here for some time now , my apartment is old now but maintenance comes and does what they can to keep everything running , neighbors in the building are quiet and reserved. I like Rocky Creek because it’s a decent place to live

The property management Mrs. Jacqueline here at Rocky Creek is truly outstanding. They are always friendly, professional, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued and supported. Their responsiveness and genuine care create a welcoming environment that makes living here such a positive experience. The dedication they show to maintain tenant satisfaction is one of the main reasons I continue to enjoy being a resident. I truly appreciate their work ethic and commitmentit, it makes all the difference.

I truly cannot thank Jacqueline enough for all that she’s done for me and my roommates throughout this move-in process. From the very beginning, she’s been incredibly kind, understanding, and patient. Even when things got complicated with last minute changes, email mix ups, and tight deadlines, she remained steady. Coordinating four people with different schedules, co-signers included, was no easy task. And living two hours away made it even harder for me to manage. But Jacqueline never made me feel like a burden. She consistently offered clear communication, multiple payment options, and above all, compassion. Her support genuinely eased so much of the stress and anxiety I was feeling. I could tell she cared not just about getting things done, but about making sure I felt supported along the way.
