These apartments offer a positive living experience with a convenient location and generally well-maintained amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse that often host engaging community events. While the staff is frequently praised for being friendly, helpful, and responsive to maintenance requests, some residents have noted occasional challenges with communication regarding billing, inconsistent gate functionality, and communal cleanliness issues like overflowing pet waste bins and litter, mainly due to other residents not adhering to property rules.

I drove from Atlanta to Augusta to tour several apartment communities, and Shanti at MacArthur Apartments truly stood out! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly—even while assisting current residents—and made me feel welcomed. Shanti went above and beyond to show me the property, explain my options, and help me determine which apartment would best fit my needs as a future resident. I toured four other communities in the Augusta area, and none of the other tour experiences made me feel as confident about choosing a place as Shanti did. Because of her professionalism, genuine care, and dedication, MacArthur Apartments is my clear choice over the other options I toured. She made my drive from Atlanta completely worthwhile, and I’m looking forward to working with her to secure my new home at MacArthur! Thank you, Shanti, for making such a great first impression! 💕

I love living here, on top of that I put in a maintenance request and Carl T. and Jeremy were here to fix the issue quick and fast they were also very. kind. It took around 20 minutes from the time I sent the request until the time my request was complete. Grateful for my community ❤️

I’ve lived in MacArthur Park for the last two and a half years and it has been an amazing experience! The apartments are new and include a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The clubhouse is a lovely and homely space. The gym here has been extremely convenient. The pool is a blast to be in. Most importantly, the staff here has been incredibly kind and helpful with maintenance, seasonal events, and everything else.
